FEATURES
- Optimum for small particle size applications
- Capable of pulverizing heat vulnerable materials into powders with average particle sizes of 5 μm or less, conventionally only achievable by jet mills
- Excellent particle size distribution
- Compatibility with small particle sizes, coupled with the low dust generation of Kryptron, allows efficient production of powders with very sharp particle size distributions.
- Higher degrees of particle spheroidization
- An excellent pulverizing performance, upgraded from that of Kryptron, allows new levels of spheroidization of powder.
- High throughput
- An improved cooling efficiency and a simplified dehumidification principle allow minimization of equipment cost increase and throughput decrease associated with particle size reduction.
