Air-flow Sorter
The air jet separator is a air flow sorter for sorting foreign matter from mixed resource waste, and the like. This system is capable of mass processing and an offers excellent maintenance, because the system is not wind sorted using the conventional suction method.
FEATURES
- Enables mass sorting of objects covered under the Containers/Packaging Recycling Act. Can be used to sort mixed resource waste, or plastics covered under the Containers /Packaging Recycling Act.
- A seal mechanism is not required for the recovery unit.
- There is no need for a seal mechanism in the recovery unit because the static pressure in the sorter discharge unit is only slightly negative. Therefore, it has a simple mechanism that does not require a discharge mechanism such as a rotary valve or the like.
- Easy Maintenance Because the system is not equipped with a vibration mechanism or high-speed rotating parts, there are fewer problems. Furthermore, because it does not use a suction type wind sorting, it is easy to maintain and manage without obstruction of the processing material.
