SHOKUSENKI

Quickly convert plant waste into useful resources by compression, mixing, heating, shearing & swelling machine

SHOKUSENKI

FEATURES

"Shokusenki" produces compost from plant waste.
The Shokusenki uses a proprietary method to process crushed branches, wood chips and bamboo breaking down the raw material further into fibers and ejecting it as "swelled material".
The Shokusenki is uniquely designed which creates compression, mixing, heating, shearing and swelling effects that break down the woody structure of the chips while simulataneously improving the water absorption, water retention, and porosity of the discharged material. The end product is highly susceptible to biodegradation and fermentation. Finally the product become useful agricultural compost or soil conditioner.
