(1) RPF Manufacturing Facility
(generating solid fuel from waste paper and plastic, which is contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions as an alternative fuel to coal.)

The products mentioned at left have already been introduced to the market, but we will further improve them to enhance their environmental contribution.

Additionally, we have listed the technology at right which we are aiming to establish by 2030. These technologies are being demonstrated and put to practical use ahead of schedule.

We believe that the improvement of sorting and recycling rates will continue to accelerate in order to realize a decarbonized society. Starting with the following technologies that we are currently working on, we aim to commercialize them in cooperation and partnership with the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group, to which we belong, and other companies.

  • ● Sorting and recycling technologies that take into account new resource recycling to solve environmental and social issues, based on the Law for Promotion of Recycling of Plastic Resources.
  • ● Waste plastic sorting technology in the pretreatment stage of chemical recycling
(recycling using chemical reactions), which contributes to the realization of a resource-recycling society.
  • ● Crushing and sorting technology for steel scrap that will be used as steelmaking raw materials in the electric furnace steelmaking method, which does not use coal and is in increasing demand among steelmakers.
  • ● Sorting and recycling technology to improve the recycling rate of mixed construction waste (waste mixed with debris, wood waste, scrap metal, etc.), which has the highest final disposal rate among waste generated at construction sites.
  • ● Aggregate recycling technology to recycle aggregate (gravel and sand) contained in concrete waste generated from building demolition for use in fresh concrete.

(2) Material Recycling
(Recycling waste plastic packaging materials by washing, crushing, sorting, and pelletizing them.)
(3) Construction Waste Recycling
(Crushing and sorting Concrete and asphalt wastes to create recycled materials)
(4) Shredder
(Recycling scrap metals such as old cars into metal materials by crushing and sorting them.)
(5) Consecutive Formulation System
(Reducing equipment weight and footprint reduces energy, CO2 emissions, and deleterious waste in both the manufacturing process and product performance.)
(6) SHOKUSENKI
(Compost Making)
(By processing thinned trees, pruned branches into a state that is easily decomposed by microorganisms, they are recycled into agricultural and livestock products such as fertilizers and composts.)

(1) Cleanup activities around the factory by employees.

We have signed the regional comprehensive partnership agreement with Yachiyo City.

Additionally, as a sponsor for local sports, we support the national basketball team, Chiba Jets.

These activities listed at left are part of the plans we are trying to implement. We will continue to consider various forms of contribution to create a suitable local environment in which to live and work.
